Returns and Exchanges

At Mirador Glass we guarantee your satisfaction. Please contact us if our product doesn't meet your expectations.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges on our clearance section products.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned within 2 weeks for a refund or replacement.

Glassware Shipping

Glassware will ship with 3-5 business days.
Larger custom orders may take longer.
Let us know if you need it sooner.

Lighting Lead Times

Custom Lighting Orders will ship within 1-2 weeks.
Our lead time could be longer depending on the size of the order
and fixture availability.
We will contact you shortly after your order has been placed.

SHIPPING

We ship most of our items USPS Priority Mail.  Larger and more expensive items often ship with insurance, so if by any chance it arrives broken, please let us know as soon as possible.  We are experienced in glass shipments, and breakage doesn't happen often, but it can! We recycle and reuse packing materials whenever possible, so sometimes our fillers can be a bit random!
